Ingredients

  • 4 finely chopped red peppers

  • 2 finely chopped onions

  • 1 can of chopped pineapple strained

  • 1/2 tsp Harissa paste

  • 2 cloves garlic chopped fine

  • 2 tbsp of coconut oil

  • 2 bananas

  • 2 drops doTERRA dill essential oil

  • 1 small can of coconut milk
